I'm the founder of Happy Graft, and I bring more than 20 years of HR experience across a wide range of sectors. I've worked from grassroots HR roles through to Board-level People & Culture Director, so my clients get practical support backed by strategic insight and real-world experience.
I'm hands-on, commercially minded, and experienced across the full employee life cycle. In practice, that means you're effectively getting an HR Director, by your side, to help build capability, improve performance, and shape a culture that supports growth and delivers results.
